MENU COLLISTER TABLE LAMP
The latest addition to the Tribeca lighting series, designed for Menu by Søren Rose, the Collister table lamp is inspired by the New York City glamour of the late 1930's, and it's design taking notes from the Duane ceiling pendant. The name Tribeca refers to a very popular part of New York in lower West Manhattan, the Triangle Below Canal Street. The various shapes and designs in the Tribeca series were created in an inspiring creative process where Søren Rose Stu- dio travelled the States.
We love this quote from Menu - "A Dane in New York, Søren Rose combines Scandinavian tradition with a NY state of mind."

About the designer:
Multi-talented Danish designer Søren Rose started his career as an entrepreneur and creative director – setting up one of Scandinavia’s most successful web companies, among other enterprises. In 2008, he fulfilled a life-long dream by opening a design studio in New York. Today, he is one of New York’s most in-demand designers, with an outpost in Copenhagen.
The studio famously operates a no-hierarchy rule. “If a junior designer has the best idea that’s what we go with,” Søren explains. “As a studio, we worship at the altar of quality and sustainable materials.”
