From Milan-based label Stories of Italy, the Macchia Ivory & Red tumbler set features stunning Murano blown glass with a striking speckled design, created using the traditional glassmaking technique known as “Macia.” The beautiful design is achieved by a time intensive process of layering pigments into molten glass. Each glass is entirely unique, creating a very special set of glassware. 

Dimensions: each glass H 10cm, W 7cm, D 7cm. Materials: 100% mouth-blown, hand-finished Murano glass. Care: hand wash only. Made in Italy.

Stories of Italy is a brand and studio based in Milan that creates fine pieces connected with traditional Italian craft. Inspired by the great archaeological, historical and cultural heritage of Italy, read in a contemporary style,  the aesthetic is clean in shapes and fresh in colors, while the material focus is on Murano blown glass and Carrara marble.
